  • To change your billing address or contact person, open a ticket from the dashboard.
  • Remember to cancel 30 days before the end of the contract period if you want to return your Celpax device.

How to add a credit card

  1. Right upper corner: click on your email, then "Billing"
  2. Click on "Enter Card Details"
  3. Click on the credit card icon to charge your card

 

90 days guarantee

Our refund guarantee is easy: you have 90 days to test the Celpax.

Submit a ticket if you're not convinced after unlocking your Mood KPI within this time frame, and we'll refund your money and arrange to send it back.
