The weekly email shows the trend of your Mood KPI, as this is where there might be sudden changes in how people feel at work.
When it comes to participation, trend changes tend to take longer to show, meaning that most users would look at these levels on a less frequent basis, using the dashboard.
The 2 exceptions here being
1. The participation on a day when something good/bad happens
2. When you are preparing activities or events targeted to increase participation and you want to check the impact
There is currently no plan to amend the weekly email to show the participation rate. If more users approach us with the same need we would give it more priority but, to be honest, it's not something that tends to come up.
- Apart from the Participation Section on the dashboard, one way to get the participation number on your scorecards is to use our API and pull the data from our database directly.
- According to other users, the best way to encourage participation is to fix things that make people press green.
